The staff and volunteers of Q Christian Fellowship only have access to this personally identifiable information as necessary to perform specific duties. While users may choose to make some personal information public via their “public profile,” this is optional and can be reversed by the user at any time via the user control panel.
Q Christian Fellowship logs some non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, aggregate user data and browser type from users and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes only. Non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant services to members.

Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post information in/on chats, message boards, user profiles or any other public forums, that that information can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.
We provide the means for private communications between members to facilitate communication with friends and acquaintances in our community. These communications are not shared with third parties except in rare circumstances (see Sharing and Disclosure of Information). In addition, communication that does not conform to our Terms of Service may be reported to us and reviewed by Q Christian Fellowship staff and volunteers.

Q Christian Fellowship member accounts are secured by member-created passwords. We take precautions to ensure that member account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of member account information.
